In the search for the top football fan club, FanWide has interviewed the leaders of several prominent NFL football fan clubs across the league and nation. In our blog about the Chiefs, we highlighted the growth of the Chiefs fan base. The team’s success has excited fans across the country. One prominent Chiefs fan group is the “Chiefs Fans of Dallas”. The group’s leaders gave us insight into what makes them so special.

4.) Where does your fan club meet?:
The group meets at Wizard’s Sports Café 747 S Central Expressway Richardson, TX 75080
5.) How many members are in your fan club?:
Our Facebook group has 1,000 followers. Generally, there are 300 members at Wizards’ each week.
6.) What makes your fan club unique?:
Our members are dedicated Chiefs fans. Members start tailgating in the Wizards’ parking lot 3 hours before each game. We play the Chiefs’ touchdown celebration music over the PA after each touchdown to make it feel like Arrowhead.
7.) Do you have any connections to the team?
We run an Annual charity fundraiser with former Chiefs Eric Warfield and Shaun Smith.
8.) What is your favorite memory?:
PM: One of my favorite memories is watching the game over a Thanksgiving weekend. Most of the employees didn’t show up, but it didn’t stop our members from enjoying the game- they waited on themselves.
Perry and McCall are proud of the dedicated group that they enjoy each Chiefs game with, the Chiefs Fans of Dallas.
