On June 11, 2017, FanWide brought together fans from all across Seattle to Belltown Pub for the USA vs. Mexico World Cup qualifier watch party. While the game resulted in a tie, more than 150 fans packed the Pub, creating a spirited event that is sure to set the stage for future FanWide Soccer watch parties in Seattle and select markets across the country.
BELLEVUE – The Bellevue Chamber of Commerce announced that FanWide is the winner of the 2017 Eastside Leadership Conference Audience Choice Best in Pitch & Show competition. FanWide is an app that helps sports fans find other local fans to watch their favorite team play at a bar or restaurant, wherever they live or travel.
This is the third competition FanWide has won since September 2016, winning first place at the Crowd Invest Summit and the Bellevue Tech Expo.
FanWide is hosting the biggest party in Seattle for this international soccer grudge match between rivals Mexico and USA, at Belltown Pub on 1st Avenue – complete with an appearance by a player from the reigning MLS Cup Champions, the Seattle Sounders!
